This policy explains how BG CARE handles information through BG AUTOMATION, our Facebook App for authorized team members to manage and publish Facebook Page content.
1. Information used by the app
Depending on the permissions granted, BG AUTOMATION may process:
- Facebook account or app-scoped identifiers and information needed to identify an authorized Page administrator.
- Page names, Page IDs, granted permissions, and access tokens needed to connect to and manage authorized Pages.
- Text, images, videos, and other content supplied for publishing, together with post IDs, publication status, and technical error information.
- Information you provide when contacting us about the app or a privacy request.
The app's current purpose is Page content management and publishing. It does not collect customer messages or leads.
2. How information is used
We use this information to confirm authorized access, connect to selected Pages, create and publish requested content, resolve publishing errors, maintain the app, and respond to support and privacy requests. We request only the permissions needed for these functions.
3. Sharing and service providers
Content selected for publication is sent to Meta/Facebook and becomes visible according to the Page and post settings. Information necessary to operate the app may be processed by providers supporting our hosting and authorized automation. We do not sell personal information or use Facebook Platform data for unrelated advertising. We may disclose information when required by law.
Meta processes information under its own Privacy Policy. This policy page is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical request data, such as IP addresses, for delivery and security under its Privacy Policy.
4. Retention and protection
We keep information only as long as necessary for authorized Page management, support, security, or legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed, or must be deleted under an applicable request or Meta's requirements, is removed. Access tokens should be revoked when access is no longer required.
We restrict access to authorized people and service providers and take reasonable measures to protect information and credentials. No system can guarantee complete security.
5. Your choices and data deletion
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information handled by BG AUTOMATION by emailing ea@beaurev.com. For deletion, use the subject BG AUTOMATION Data Deletion Request and identify the relevant Facebook account or Page and the information you want removed. Do not send passwords or access tokens. We may ask for enough information to verify your authority before handling the request.
You can also remove the app's access through Facebook's app or business integration settings, where available. Removing access prevents future authorized API activity but does not automatically delete previously published Facebook posts. Tell us if your request also concerns published content; removal is subject to your Page permissions and Facebook's controls. Any legally required retention will be explained when responding to your request.
6. This page and policy changes
This policy page has no contact form, advertising trackers, or analytics scripts and does not set cookies itself. Cloudflare may process technical information to serve and protect the page. We will update this policy if the app's data practices change and revise the effective date above.

3. 信息共享和服务提供商

4. 信息保留和保护

5. 您的选择和数据删除
您可发送邮件至 ea@beaurev.com，请求访问、更正或删除 BG AUTOMATION 处理的信息。如需删除，请使用邮件主题 BG AUTOMATION Data Deletion Request，并说明相关 Facebook 账号或专页，以及希望删除的信息。请勿发送密码或访问令牌。处理请求前，我们可能要求您提供必要信息以核实您的权限。
如相关设置可用，您也可通过 Facebook 的应用或业务集成设置移除本应用的访问权限。移除权限会阻止后续获授权的 API 操作，但不会自动删除此前已发布的 Facebook 帖子。如您的请求涉及已发布的内容，请告知我们；内容删除受您的专页权限和 Facebook 控制机制约束。如法律要求保留某些信息，我们会在回应请求时说明。
6. 本页面及政策更新
本政策页面不包含联系表单、广告追踪工具或分析脚本，页面本身不设置 Cookie。Cloudflare 可能为提供和保护页面而处理技术信息。如果应用的数据处理方式发生变化，我们会更新本政策，并修改上方的生效日期。
